Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, selection, and support.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Foster positive relationships with repeat customers and build a loyal clientele.

Cashiering

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Process payments and organize deliveries
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.- Take this whole option out
• Ensure the security of transactions.

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on the latest plant trends, new arrivals, and care techniques.
• Educate customers on the specific needs of various plants.
• Provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Add- Follow our social media accounts

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement strategies.
• Provide support during sales, delivers and installations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
• Strong knowledge and passion for plants and gardening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be punctual

Interiorscaper

Interior Gardens Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Interiorscaper to install and maintain interior plants for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a positive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and meet their responsibilities to the highest standards, exceeding clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plant Care: Water and fertilize all plants as necessary. Ensure plants are cleaned, trimmed, and oriented to receive proper light levels.
• Maintenance: Manage watering to avoid damaging clients' floors, walls, and furnishings. Ensure all plants are free of disease and insects.
• Presentation: Maintain plant top dressing and overall presentation to the highest standards.
• Communication: Communicate remotely via issued cellular phone with Interior Gardens Management and clients. Document installations, driving records, time sheets and client requests.
• Proactive Management: Request replacement plants and all plant-related materials as needed. Communicate any account problems or concerns to Interior Gardens Management immediately.
• Tool & Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Professional Conduct: Conduct yourself in a positive, friendly, and professional manner at all times with management, co-workers, and clients.

Requirements

• Horticulture education and/or work experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to consistently manage administrative tasks.
• Ability to work alone and meet responsibilities to the highest standard.
• Proactive in requesting replacement plants and all plant-related materials.
• Capable of maintaining effective remote communication with management and clients.
• Must be punctual
